You have to be careful of these these types of misleading names on products. ‘Diet’, ‘reduced fat’, ‘lite’ all don’t guarantee the product is any good for you.

has diet water less calorien than water (0 cal)? mhh water is ok and good in a diet, but ‘diet water’ is trash.
