Have you ever had trouble interpreting the nutrition information panel at the supermarket? What are you looking for? What should you be looking for? Does it have too many calories? Fat? Sugar?
I have three simple rules I think you should check, and try to follow:
- Must have less saturated fat than protein
- Less than 10g saturated fat/serve
- More than 5g protein/serve
Individual ingredients do not have to meet these criteria, just the end product.
